    Although the seller is UK based, the item was apparently shipped from Germany which was not made clear. The tracking number provided didn’t work (it had the wrong number of digits). The item did not arrive and could not be tracked. I still wanted the item and messaged the seller for support - instead of responding or explaining they simply cancelled the order and refunded the money. On the plus side - no quibbling, and refund was quick - but on the negative, no item and no explanation.
