As specified -- but -- this mount has some oddities, such as the configuration process that involves automatically spinning the scope through a vertical and horizontal 360 degrees - a medium to long tube is very much in danger of hitting the tripod legs on the way through its cycle! The vertical AZ clutch is also prone to letting go if you apply a little too much hand pressure to the focuser end of the scope. Otherwise - it works as specified ... "sometimes"
