It was my fault that I had the wrong shipping address which was caught after submitting the order. I tried communicating the new shipping address via msg and phone approximately five minutes after purchase submission on a Saturday evening. I tried cancelling the order so I could resubmit and was denied. They did send the bushings to the new address, but I never knew the status until they arrived. It would have been nice to be told.
