Same for this seller. In the past I let that slide if I got reimbursed, but NO MORE. I am DONE with these practices. I post this (including photos to prove you the scam) to warn you. There are TOO MANY fake components sold on eBay from the Far-East, and I am SICK AND TIRED of this. It is not worth my valuable time.
