I did use ARP bolts to bolt them to the head instead of the included hardware, but that's personal preference. Have only driven it a couple hundred miles since they went in, but so far very happy.

Another problem is cylinder seven and cylinder six you cannot use factory plug wires so if you install these, you have to order a whole new set of plug wires.
