    Item was a new magazine promptly shipped by USPS Media Mail in a padded envelope -- arrived a little crumpled in handling so a reinforcing sheet of cardboard might have helped. Otherwise well pleased with this transaction.

    i'm sorry to hear that. omg shipping companies are getting even worse when it comes to NOT destroying packages. I don't know how they can mess up an envelope with padding, but if it arrived damaged, i can offer you a partial refund if you'd like. i will definitely be adding even more protection from now on.
