    It works!Not being electronics goober myself, was a bit of mucking about to sort out what all the components in the kit did and what to connect where, particularly disconnecting pair of plugs from original inverter to connect them to the new inverter board in the kit, but when I was done carefully sorting it all out the LM1717W02-TTA1 LCD screen from ancient 17 inch G5 iMac was displaying image from connected MacBook Pro.THANKS!(Also item arrived weeks sooner than indicated. Bonus!)
