We returned it using their return postage and they have claimed it was damaged during delivery and have deducted 50% !!!!! from the refund amount when this was nothing to do with us. As soon as we raised a return request it was very clear this company were trying to get out of their obligation to refund us. Avoid at all costs if you want what you pay for or to get a full refund if/when the part is wrong or doesn't work
