These folks shipped carefully and replied quickly, however, the delivered item didn’t match the stock photo, nor was this mentioned in its description, and all multiples were said to be in similar state when messaged upon item arrival. What looked shiny and ready-to-use came rusty and carbon-caked. A return was offered, but, the item is hard to find and essential. Cleaning suggestions were also offered, but shouldn’t have been necessary had the item been as listed upon purchase. What a shame.
