The 3DS family of gaming devices has 3-point screws that require a 3-point screwdriver. The screwdriver packaged with this battery is a 4-point (Phillip's head) screwdriver. Not only am I unable to open the device with the tool provided, but it leads me to question if the packaged battery is even compatible.
