The wrap was stuck to the handle and peeled off poorly, taking some paint with it, but it was very well packaged otherwise. Not a big deal to me, but noteworthy. The blade is gorgeous, but there is scuffing near the handle. Blade is heavy and durable, feels combat ready. The paint quality on the handle is lacking so I'll be repainting. The sheath is mediocre quality but I planned to have one custom made anyway. All in all, would buy again.

It was packaged very tightly in saran wrap both the blade and sheath, although I'm not sure if it was intentional or not but upon unwrapping the handle the black paint is sticking to the what feels like oiled saran wrap. So I have patches of brown wood and the black finish is all mucked up.

It took nearly three months, two customs payments, and countless hours on the DHL website and on the phone to receive this shipment, as no email address for the recipient was provided to the shipper by the seller and therefore all notifications were by text message to a landline. Just an overall AWFUL experience.
