    I love how it was packaged. It was packaged very tightly in saran wrap both the blade and sheath, although I'm not sure if it was intentional or not but upon unwrapping the handle the black paint is sticking to the what feels like oiled saran wrap. So I have patches of brown wood and the black finish is all mucked up.

    For the price I had hoped for a bit better quality. The wrap was stuck to the handle and peeled off poorly, taking some paint with it, but it was very well packaged otherwise. Not a big deal to me, but noteworthy. The blade is gorgeous, but there is scuffing near the handle. Blade is heavy and durable, feels combat ready. The paint quality on the handle is lacking so I'll be repainting. The sheath is mediocre quality but I planned to have one custom made anyway. All in all, would buy again.
