Tracking stalled for days and missed the original delivery window. I had to order the item elsewhere. It’s finally moving and may arrive around the 17th, but it’s too late now. The seller offered a refund if I return it, but after all this, I shouldn’t have to deal with that. eBay should step in and issue a refund. Please don’t prompt for feedback on an item that missed its purpose.
