    These are beautiful, very high quality items, and we are delighted with them. However, the shipping experience was a nightmare. It took nearly three months, two customs payments, and countless hours on the DHL website and on the phone to receive this shipment, as no email address for the recipient was provided to the shipper by the seller and therefore all notifications were by text message to a landline. Just an overall AWFUL experience.
