Seller was initially helpful, but then stopped responding. Item came fast and was as described, but the picture was not accurate, and I was not able to get clarification before they shipped the item. I decided to keep it despite it not being what I wanted, as I could still use it. I can't truly fault them, but I was hoping for at least a picture of the actual product before they went ahead and shipped.
