    These stylus were damaged on receipt, but I thought that it had been damaged by Royal Mail, so I gave a neutral feedback and said this was because of the damage but I did not think the seller was responsible. After a few days i was contacted by the seller who offered to replace or refund even though I felt it was not really their fault. A new stylus has now been delivered, and I admire this seller for the way he dealt with the problem. I recommend this seller, and wish there were more like him.
