    The item was new and had a tag. I even discounted from $255 to $180 after your multiple emails prior to your buying when you tried to drive the price down with the argument that this item was a financial stretch for you. You opened a case via eBay on 4/22 (stating I need to respond until 4/27) during my travels and it is clearly noted in eBay that I will not be available during this time. You also preemptively gave me negative feedback on 4/23 & have been harassing me with multiple emails.
