My delivery never arrived; they sent me a new one, but it never arrived again. As a result, I was unable to operate my business and lost money; they used Yodel delivery, which is the worst in the entire UK and yes, the least expensive. I'm extremely unhappy with the service!

Customer left wrong address and the item got returned to us. We made contact with the customer who the gave the correct address so we resent back out free of charge. We also don't use yodel. The tracking we have for this customer is for Royal Mail. We only primarily use Royal Mail for all shipments.
