Works as advertised, well the output voltage looks good but I need to load(current) test it... Good eBay seller will use again. Oh it comes with a fan too... was a bonus surprise.
Standby current only 50mA @ 13v in. (48v out no load) so shouldn't drain your battery for a week or two.
