      Seller was exceptionally understanding and helpful throughout a disaster of a shipping process by UPS. UPS driver and system could not find my address on multiple occasions. I called UPS customer support on six consecutive days to try to resolve the address issue. I was told to expect a phone call from UPS dispatch center to verify my address, but I never received a callback. I ultimately had to have the seller resend the package FedEx. So, individually:. Seller=positive. UPS=negative.
