Tool received exactly as described. At first I thought I found a quality tool at the lowest price compare to other seller in the USA which is very good. Downside I live in Canada and I had to pay for import taxes. I end up over paying for the tool that I can just get from a canadian supplier over here for cheap. But still I am glad to have a tool made in USA in my possession
