I also messaged that I’d either reorder after cancellation approval or they could update shipping & not cancel…no response. Messaged again 9/25…no response. Later on 9/25, I got an alert that cancellation was denied, so I messaged AGAIN… NO RESPONSE. On 9/26 they shipped to the old address & replied that they can’t change address on a placed order. THEN WHY NO REPLY TO MY 3 PRIOR MESSAGES?
