Ok I suppose from the U.S. However there was no picture of the product on the eBay listing leading me to believe that they were like the shorts I had ordered previously from the same vendor. They were not! I have spent more on postage than the shorts cost. I have still not received a refund, I returned the shorts 2 weeks ago. I won't be back!
