    Greetings, The item was shipped exactly as pictured (sitting on the desk) in the first picture and exactly as described, I'm not sure why you would think otherwise unless the item arrived in a damaged box with pieces broken off of it. I'm also unsure why you would leave negative feedback without contacting us first to inquire about any perceived issue you might have thought you had.
