There was an unrelated non-company issue with one of the items, and I contacted them for advice. They got back to me within minutes of returning to work this morning. It's all resolved, so I can add that if things go wrong they are helpful. It's when things go wrong that you really have to deal with the company properly. They came through for me. That's what counts.

They shipped in completely ideal packaging, with the container in an anti-stat bag, in an anti-stat bubble wrap!! And here, I'd thought that pink plastic was just a memory (puns intended). Popped in machine and worked out of the gate. Could NOT have asked for a better transaction!!!
