Installed in truck drove one day less than 20 miles. The truck sat for a week now it won’t shift past second gear, they declined my return request, I have owned the part for a little over 30 days did not install it right away. They will not respond to any of my emails now on why deny return, ended up putting my old part in just to confirm and it’s back to drivable condition, money lost
