I contacted the Seller in "good faith" and the response I received back was inflexible and uncompromising. My reason for return was the description was "inaccurate and not a normal size." I was told the listing wasn't inaccurate and "as explained previously, the item is non-returnable/refundable." I didn’t accuse you of being dumb or blond. The shoes simply didn’t fit. You could have resolved the issue quickly. You chose not to.
