Sure it wasn't the seller - thanks for the quick dispatch, but 19 days with eBay's International Shipping? The small Instruction brochure $6, couldn't have be a simpler item to dispatch Airmail, rather than DHL? (there was 25 entries in the tracking log before it even left the States.....) Then only three days to get to me in the UK internally, including through Customs.
