While the item was wrapped in a bubble wrap & sent in a poly bubble mailer, it was severely damaged by the post office. The post on one earring was broken. The other one was bent, & both posts had punched through the entire packaging’s. It was quickly shipped. Seller was very apologetic & in great communication with me. I would recommend this seller because it’s evident she cares.
