    The item is as described; it is brand new in the box. Very cool. Arrived sooner than originally anticipated and was well packaged for mailing. It was very easy to assemble. Pieces can be a tight fir (which is good), but let the screws do the work! Lights are USB powered, so be sure you have an adapter if you need to plug them into a regular outlet. I had one, so it wasn't a problem. Great eBay seller. A++
