Sadly the monitor was DOA, but a quick investigation reveals it's just a blown fuse and one or two other easily replaced power board components. It's an honest mistake from an honest seller, and I'd have bought this item regardless: the fault shouldn't take more than literally a couple extra dollars to fix, and the seller's phenomenal price means it still ends up being a steal!

Receiver was dropped by shipper and cover was bent on heavy transformer end. Price and value is excellent so still satisfied. Prior to damage, I believe the item was as-described. Constructive criticism: protect the corners with cushioning material/foam. This is the third electronics that I received that was dropped by USPS and FedEx. Use "Fragile Handle With Care" and "Do Not Drop" labels. Thanks.
