      Item was listed as a high-end, brand new product, but I received a lower-end model with old packaging. Seller told me to resell it and offered to send more units, which felt dismissive. They said I could return it, knowing eBay supports sellers who offer returns. Feels like a deceptive tactic. A frustrating experience—wasted time and money.       This is false. Customer is in another country. We said. If you want a full refund you will have to send it back to us, they wanted us to let them keep the items and give them a full refund. We offered them multiple solutions. One was that we could offer a partial and they keep it and they can try to resell them in their own country . Another was that we would send them more units. Don't be misled by false accusations.
