Sturdy cardboard box filled with newspaper and cardboard "endcaps," and book wrapped in plastic, box taped tight. This meant a lot to me after having Amazon throw books in empty boxes so they arrive with the corners damaged (not once but twice with $ Louis Klein books, despite profuse apologies and promises to ship it well packaged). Thank you!
