About this product

Product Information

In the early 1990s, Tiny Toon Adventures was one of the most popular cartoons on the air. It's no surprise that, in 1991, the series was turned into a game for the NES. The Tiny Toon Adventures games were both developed and published by Konami. The storyline for the game features a brand-new adventure starring Buster Bunny. Buster's best friend, Babs Bunny, has been kidnapped by the wealthy and evil Montana Max. It's up to Buster and his friends to rescue Babs from the clutches of this evil millionaire. This single-player game will take some gamers about 2 to 3 hours to fully complete in one sitting. Due to its difficulty and the limited lives available, many gamers can spend over 6 hours learning to master the content on this game.Buster isn't alone on his quest to rescue Babs; he is joined by three of his friends. At the start of every level, the player can choose a sidekick from three possible choices. Plucky Duck can hover through the air and helps make challenging platforming segments much easier. Furrball the Cat can climb on any surface. Dizzy Devil can spin incredibly fast, eliminating all enemies and even some walls in his path. There is no right character for any level, and each has its own strengths and weaknesses. Controlling Buster or any of his friends is simple. The B button runs, while the A button jumps. To defeat most enemies in these games, you simply need to stomp on their heads. The Tiny Toons Adventures games start you out with limited lives. Luckily, scattered among each level is a multitude of carrots. Every 30 carrots you deliver to Hamton J. Pig rewards you with an extra life. The entrance to find Hamton is often hidden or placed in a hard spot to reach. You'll need to keep an eye out at all times for the door to his house. There is also a bonus stage to these games that requires you to stop Duck Vader without getting hit. Do so successfully and you'll be awarded additional lives. You'll need as many extra lives as you can get to beat Tiny Toon Adventures on the NES. This Nintendo game is divided into six worlds with one to three levels per world. These worlds offer a huge degree of variety. The backgrounds feature forests, caves, pirate ships, and mansions. As you advance, you'll fight an array of enemies in this Nintendo game, including anthropomorphic rats and dogs throwing flowerpots. After every two levels, Elmyra, the animal-obsessed girl, shows up for a boss fight. After her, you'll need to face the level boss. These bosses include characters from the show, such as Arnold, and new characters created just for these games. Tiny Toon Adventures for the NES was released before an official rating system was established. Just like the cartoon, Tiny Toon Adventures is suitable for gamers of all ages. Kids will love its bright, vibrant colors, and adults will love the classic and challenging gameplay.
