I was not rude in anyway. If the item shows delivered and you are saying that you didn't receive it then it is an issue with usps or it is lost in your area. Id suggest you revise this feedback. Its not fair to lie about someone's behavior and also give bad feedback when you and i both can see the item was delivered.
