    Thankfully the hardback book survived the post in just a jiffy envelope - that's by no means guaranteed! The purchase price and speed of delivery were excellent, though I would be wary of ordering again from someone who didn't use cardboard packaging to protect corners etc, which is a shame as otherwise the seller was first rate and would be a go-to seller in future.
