      Experience was great, seller was very helpful when contacted and came in great packaging. Recieved and upgraded keyboard and worth the price. description wasn't completely accurate but it was some minor details. No problems with shipping on sellers end. Laptop looked used as described but not that used. Shipping was a bit expensive given living an hour away from where it was shipped.

It did arrive with a locked screen & no info on a password, so I emailed the seller. Response was very fast. Entered the password & was able to use the computer.
