The main benefit is improved picture quality in facial color and tint when shooting in low light levels. And, because the light is powered by the camcorder battery, there's no need to carry an extra battery for it.Record and playback buttons are located in separated areas of the Palmcorders for easy accessibility. The recording controls are visible on the Palmcorder body while playback functions are located underneath the electronic viewfinder. Once recording is complete, flipping over the viewfinder easily accesses playback functions.
