    The lovely, like-new shoes arrived today, very well packaged. The seller had shipped them very promptly, and through no fault of hers they were sent way out of the way, so someone at the location in Kansas got it wrong. When I notified the seller, she was very upset, and offered to check into it. The shoes were at least as nice as described, or better, at a fair price for quality goods. I was going to give a lower rating for shipping time, but that would not be fair to the seller.
