States it's a condenser, I don't know if it is but it has a onboard water container and a tube to empty it , so likely not 100% condenser

No response from seller. I will be recovering costs from credit card company.

I contacted the seller to let them know about the damage. They replied almost instantly. We agreed on a partial refund, if I was happy to keep the chair. The refund was issued within minutes of my original message to the seller. Although, disappointed that the chair is damaged, I'm very happy with the excellent stress free customer service I received. Thank you 🙂
