    I purchased a universal studios interactive wand. The item was listed as new. When it arrived I linked the wand to my phone and discovered the wand was actually preowned. The previous owners information was already linked to the wand and the had already completed many achievements in the app. There is no way of deleting the previous owner’s progress. I contacted the seller. They were slow to respond but after several messages offered a partial refund. I still have not been refunded.
