    Made offer for $210.00. To my surprised money was deducted from bank account and undisclosed amount of $140.00 shipping fee and an additional charge totaling way over $210.00. Returns accepted changed from Aug. 30th to Aug. 28th. Item arrived July 29th. Item had stains not in description. Cord and foot pedal missing,was clearly on seller's picture when ordered. I cannot test sewing machine to see if it works and eBay suggest to message seller, message would not go through to seller.

    We're sorry we missed getting the foot control and cord along in the box. It has been sent in a separate box. Your message did come to us, and we were replying back and forth- you might update that note. I accepted your offer of 210 which clearly states that it doesn't include shipping. Ebay charges your card on an accepted offer- check out their policy. I did refund over half the shipping as it was overcharging. I didn't change the return date, I don't know what you saw.
