Great seller! There was a slight issue with the item, but the seller resolved it quickly and issued a full refund. Communication was excellent throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller!

The item arrived with the box containing a used cupcake wrapper (yes, seriously, with bits of food) and lots of long, curly hair inside the box. Took me 30 mins to clean it out as all the pieces were lose and I didn’t have time to return it before my son’s birthday. Contacted seller who said I could “return it at no cost” or offered me £5, which I didn’t think was at all reasonable given that nobody should be selling or sending items in such a state.

Buyer bought used item that played with by a child, not a new/unused item.Buyer aggressively stated there was hair/wrapper and I immediately apologised. I offered full refund to return it, or partial refund for inconvenience if buyer wanted to keep it. I apologised again. Buyer still aggressive - threatened to leave neg feedback. So vindictive buyer kept item and still left neg feedback. I don't know the true condition, but good as gift for son. What more I could have done to resolve amicably?
