I made contact thru all kinds of Web turmoil likey due to AWS outage, chatted, & he completely refunded the item, even after I said let's go 50/50 and refund , whereas I have a full size changer but already have adapters, & its ok to have a spare. 5 STARS awarded for kindness!😁
