      My old unit cracked and was leaking. I found this unit and it was shipped out right away. Upon receiving it I had a few issues getting it set up. I contacted the seller who was very helpful with helping me navigate this new unit. It was packaged very well and was as described in the listing. The only suggestion I have is maybe send a list of instructions with future units (troubleshooting steps/setup instructions). For the price I think it was well worth it over the price of a used unit.
