    The item was just as described I feel it was a great value the packaging was the upmost impeccable packaging I have ever seen the seller left notes in the packaging on how to set the item up and disassemble the packaging correctly including very detailed operating instructions the shipping had a minor issue due to the shipper not the seller and the seller worked extremely hard to correct the issue with very good communication and worked diligently for me to receive the item thank you very much

    The sellers shipping and packaging skills were outstanding. Howard Miller themselves should contact this seller to learn how to ship their new clocks with the same care as demonstrated by this seller. The clock as described was in almost flawless condition. I am experiencing a minor issue with chimes but am in contact with seller and am sure the issue can and will be resolved. An excellent purchase for me as it fits our building perfectly.
