    Item was listed as a high-end, brand new product, but I received a lower-end model with old packaging. Seller told me to resell it and offered to send more units, which felt dismissive.     This is false. Customer is in another country. We said. If you want a full refund you will have to send it back to us, they wanted us to let them keep the items and give them a full refund. We offered them multiple solutions. One was that we could offer a partial and they keep it and they can try to resell them in their own country . Another was that we would send them more units. Don't be misled by false accusations.
