      The item arrived well-packed to keep it safe in the mail; it is even more beautiful in person! The packing material inside the little box was not smooth so some of the little fibers from the packing material got a little tangled in the brooch components, so that may be something to consider when boxing brooches that are not completely flat. The tracking number I had didn't work so I'm not sure what was up with that. I love this brooch and plan to wear it a lot.
