    Shipped quickly, well packed and protected. Unit still booted as described. Some corrosion on the board from an exploded battery but that’s par for the course here. Still working and most components still cleanable and salvageable. For the price good value: other than the logic board in good shape, 4mb ram and interesting software on the HD.

    Buyer purchased a 1989 Apple Mackintosh SE Superdrive. This item was heavy and required soft foam on all sides to assure a safe travel from California to Michigan. In addition to the unit being wrapped in bubblewrap, halved pool noodles were also added to the box to cushion space between wrap and soft foam. "Caution Fragile " stickers were added to all exterior sides of the box. Buyer paid quickly and communication was rapid and clear. A triple plus experience.
