    Received clock. Messaged seller asking about missing Key. Seller replied: “I did not have a wind-up key for that clock”. Key is clearly pictured in listing (see attached photo from original listing). No mention in description of key not included. I allowed seller opportunity to correct possible mistake. This is first negative feedback I’ve ever left but thought it may help other prospective buyers to know what they might encounter when dealing with this seller.

I received the clock today and am very happy with the condition (although I’ll have to figure out how to install the pendulum but that the fun of it). I’m writing because o locate the key to wind the clock. I’ve searched the packaging thoroughly. Can you advise where it is located. Many thanks)
